Made with butter and not suet, this mincemeat with a healthy splash of brandy is a great filling for those mince pies at Christmas.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Apples, Raisins, Currants, Sultanas, Butter (Milk), Citrus Peel, Lemon Juice, Brandy, Spices.
