All Preserves & Spreads

A traditional Caribbean preserve - Fragrant and fruity and delicious spread on toast, on crackers or use as a sandwich filling or fruity glaze for baked pastries and desserts. Alternatively, use as a sweet and sticky marinade to add a tangy flavour to roasted meats such as lamb or pork.

 Ingredients:

Refined Sugar, Water, Guava Concentrate, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Vegetable Fat (Soy Bean Oil, Palm Oil in varying proportions), Acid (Citric Acid).
