DARLINGTON'S Tartare Sauce 180g (Pack of 6)

Thick, piquant and creamy, this mayonnaise-based sauce is crammed full of pickled gherkins and capers. Battered cod, pan-fried sole or a Saturday lunchtime fish finger butty:you haven't really tasted them at their best, until you've added a spoonful.

Ingredients:

Water, rapeseed oil, sugar, gherkins (9%), (gherkins, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid), firming agent (calcium chloride)), acidity regulator (acetic acid), spirit vinegar, capers (1%), (capers, acidity regulator (acetic acid), salt, white wine vinegar), dried egg yolk, modified maize starch, salt, mustard flour, stabiliser (guar gum), dried horseradish, colour (titanium dioxide), flavouring.
