Handmade traditional pickle with a mixture of vegetables in a sweet and spicy mustard sauce. Pair with a traditional Ploughman’s lunch or eat with cheese, meats, salads or pies. Handcrafted in small batches using traditional open pans. Made in Devon using only British fruit and vegetables. Ingredients: Vegetables in varying proportions 55% (silverskin onions, celery, cauliflower florets, carrots, courgettes, green beans, red peppers), cider vinegar, sugar, honey, corn starch (thickener), ground cumin, yellow mustard seed, mustard powder, chilli, turmeric, spices.
